Synthesis Associates support HR personnel in providing an excellent and professional service for their employees. We work closely with HR Directors, supporting them with individuals who are dealing with change in their personal and professional lives.
Synthesis Associates offers an exceptional and expert service, specialising in one to one coaching for executives and management personnel proving a cost and time beneficial experience – eliminating the need for time consuming and expensive training courses. As business coaches, trainers and consultants we also offer supervision, and stress management for individuals; facilitation for change management; and a mediation service when individuals may be in conflict.
Synthesis Associates is unique in that we also offer in depth career guidance to support companies and their employees with the process of redundancy and career progression. We provide creative and flexible solutions to support and assist organisations and their people through periods of change.
Synthesis Associates supports HR with their role but also provides a service to employees, supporting and assisting the individual in making real and appropriate changes. | BIOGRAPHIES: Anne Welsh is the founding Director of Synthesis-in-the-City. Anne brings a wealth of life experience
to her work. She is a psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience
working with people from all walks of life. She is also an executive coach, trainer, supervisor,
and group facilitator.
Anne ran her own successful retail
business for ten years. She has lived in Hong Kong and the Far East which has
deeply influenced her perspective on life. Anne’s major professional commitment
since 1994 has been as a Director of the Institute of Psychosynthesis, a large
psychotherapy-training organisation in Hendon, North London. She had a particular
responsibility for operational management for much of this time. Recently, Anne
has also consulted with the Phoenix Group, and worked in this capacity with
Sure Start, a government initiative that has now led to the founding of children’s
centres.
Alongside this work, Anne has been a member on the governing board of United
Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. This organisation ensures best practice within
the field of counselling and pPsychotherapy in the UK.
Anne is enthusiastic, positive
in her outlook on life, and deeply committed to releasing creativity and resourcefulness
within individuals and organisations.
